Georgetown, Connecticut, and Duke have the most All-Star players with six a piece. The Georgetown players have the most All-Star selections with 40. Michael Jordan has the most individual All-Star selections with 14. Patrick Ewing and Michael Adams had the most games against Syracuse with 11 each.
