Comments:

This was the first game for Syracuse with Adrian Autry as the head coach. The Orange would jump out to a 28-6 lead with 9:29 to go, and would never be in jeopardy of losing. New Hampshire did go on a 26-12 run to close the first half with a half time score favoring the Orange 40-32. The Orange played uninspired basketball the second half but played consistently well enough to keep the Wildcats down. The Wildcats cut the lead to 51-45 with 14:49 to go, but they would never get any closer.

Judah Mintz would lead the Orange with 20 points, and Quadir Copeland came off the bench with 13 rebounds.
