McLeod would start the first fourteen games of the season, averaging close to 15 minutes a game. He was an intimidating shot blocker in his limited time, but lack of mobility required him to be substituted for by quicker defenders against many teams. McLeod's season would be cut short due to a foot injury. He had season ending surgery in mid January.
