Justin Taylor is a guard for Syracuse basketball. Taylor was a decent shooter, with enough athleticism and size to help inside the paint.
Taylor was a reserve most of his freshman year, part of the regular rotation of players. He would primarily play small forward with Joe Girard and Judah Mintz entrenched at the guard positions, and a routine need for additional support in the front court. Taylor showed a nice perimeter shot making nearly 40% of his three point attempts. Early in the season he would come off the bench and score 25 points in a loss to Bryant. Late in the season he would replace Chris Bell at forward in the starting line up for a couple of games.
