Ernest Ainslee was a guard on the Syracuse basketball team for two seasons.
Ainslee started almost all the games his sophomore season. He was a defensive player who did not take too many shots. However, when leading scorer Matt Lee was ill in the Oberlin game, he led the team in scoring.
Ainslee would lose his starting job his junior season, and would not play his senior year.
