David Musk was a guard on the Syracuse basketball team for one season. He was also a member of the Syracuse track and baseball teams, lettering in both those sports.
Musk initially attended Colgate where he was a star on the track, basketball and baseball teams. He would come to Syracuse in the fall of 1912. [1]
Musk and Allen Kennedy were prominent reserves on the team in 1913. However, both were dropped from the squad after the Colgate game on February 26th, for violating team training rules.
Musk would later teach at Boys High School in Brooklyn, and also coach their baseball team. He would later teach at two other Brooklyn schools: Thomas Jefferson and Textile.
