Bill Bolton was a reserve center for Syracuse basketball for three seasons.
Bolton played prominently in the first five games of his sophomore season replacing an injured Don MacNaughton, scoring a total of 20 points in those five games, including a career high 7 points against Niagara on December 15th. When MacNaughton returned, he would play only two more games that season and fail to score any more points.
Bolton played in only three games his junior season, failing to score in any game. He would see more playing time his senior year, seeing action in eleven games.
