Vic Baylock was an outstanding athlete who lettered three times in football and three times in basketball. Baylock excelled in both sports. He played forward and guard for the basketball team, and was the captain in 1938. In football he was the starting running back.

Baylock was inducted into the New Britain (CT) Hall of Fame in 1996. He passed away in 1990.
