Manny Rosen was a guard for Syracuse basketball for three seasons. He was a known for good ball handling skills and strong defensive play.
Rosen was a reserve guard his sophomore year. He was an important reserve player his junior season, the first man off the bench. He was the defensive stalwart of this team his senior year, consistently being called upon to shut down the top scoring forwards of the opposing team.
Rosen attended medical school at Syracuse.[1]
