Don Degner was a reserve forward for Syracuse basketball for three seasons.
Degner would not see much playing time any of his three seasons on the varsity. His best season was his junior year when he averaged 3.3 points per game.
Degner would graduate from Syracuse with a degree in recreation administration and psychology, and later get a masters degree from LaSalle. He would pursue a career in chemical dependency counseling.
