Bill Suprunowicz was a reserve guard for three seasons at Syracuse, who saw little playing time. He was a good ball handler and a strong defensive player.
Suprunowicz originally played for the Air Force Academy, and transferred to Syracuse after his freshman year. He became eligible to play at Syracuse halfway through his sophomore season. He had a career high 7 points against Cornell his junior season.
His father Dick Suprunowicz was a starting forward for Syracuse for three seasons.
Suprunowicz passed away in 2001.
