Steve Amster was a walk-on guard for Syracuse for one season. He would make the team his senior year, after trying to make the team the previous three seasons [1]. He unfortunately would leave the team prior to the season opener due to family issues.[2]
Amster originally enrolled at the University of Miami. He would transfer to Syracuse after one semester. He did not play basketball at Miami.
