Rex Trobridge was a backup center for Syracuse basketball for three seasons. He was a classmate and teammate of fellow Orangemen Dick Ableman in high school.
Trobridge would not see much playing time his sophomore and junior seasons. He did become part of the regular rotation of players his senior season, and started in a win against Canisius when Rick Dean was unable to play.
Trobridge would be a field representative for NEA of New York for 25+ years. Upon retiring, he would become a personal trainer, focusing on improving the personal fitness of senior citizens.
