Mark Ziolko was a reserve center for Syracuse basketball for two seasons. Ziolko came to Syracuse as a walk-on and made the freshman team. He would play seventeen games his sophomore year. He would play seven games his junior year before injuring his knee in a game at Madison Square Garden. The injury would end his basketball career, and he would not return to the varsity for his senior season.
