The Syracuse Orangemen and the Queens College Knights have played two times. The first time was in 1931 with the Orangemen winning 39-11. The second time was in 1950, with the Orangemen beating the Knights 100-22, with the 78 point margin of victory one of the largest in Syracuse history. The two schools have not met since.
