The Syracuse Orangemen and Hamilton College Continentals basketball teams first met in 1905 with Hamilton winning 18-16. The two teams would play twice a year from 1905 to 1907, and then one more time in 1922. The two teams have not met since, and Syracuse has won the last six games of the series.
Hamilton College is currently a Division III school.
