Syracuse Men's Basketball Attendance in Excess of 30,000 Fans

The Syracuse Orangemen played their first game in the Carrier Dome on November 29, 1980 versus Columbia University in front of approximately fifteen thousand fans. Since then, there have been 84 games played in the Carrier Dome with an attendance in excess of 30,000. The Orangemen are 54-29 in those games. The first game with 30,000 plus fans was against Georgetown in 1983, with the Hoyas winning 97-92. The attendance record was set February 23, 2019 against the Duke Blue Devils. The Carrier Dome was renamed the JMA Wireless Dome in April 2022.
