Bernie Eischen was a reserve center on the Syracuse basketball game for one season. Eischen would play in one game; against Army he would score two points.
Eischen would leave Syracuse and join in the U.S. Army. He would serve in the Korean War for three years.
Eischen was a distributor of the Syracuse Herald Journal for several years, and also worked as a security guard.[1]
Eischen passed away in 2007.
